Most of the products in our market are our own recipes that we have perfected over the years. One of the areas that we specialize in is our ready to heat and serve meats we prepare for sandwiches, this includes our:

- Beef Au Jus
- Grilled Chicken in it’s Own Gravy
- Italian Chicken
- and Savory Pork
Each one of these meats are grilled on our outdoor Southern Pride, to give you the most tender and flavorful meats. These meats can also be ordered thicker sliced to be served as the main course for your dinner.
We use our own special blend BBQ sauce to give you the best flavor in our:
- Chicken Breasts
- Wings (hot & mild)
- Beef Brisket
- Smoked Pork Chops
All of these are done on the Southern Pride to give that succulent outdoor grilling taste.
Smoked Sausages, Beef Jerky, Beef Sticks & More
We take great pride in our smoked sausages. We have prepared the seasonings keeping the German heritage in mind.
We offer regular, garlic and jalapeno & cheese summer sausages, hot dogs, smoked brats, course ground ring bologna, beef sticks in three flavors: regular, jalapeno & cheddar, and our most popular, salsa flavored.
We also do our own strip jerky in regular and teriyaki flavoring, and most recently added land jaegers to our list of specialties. One of our big sellers is our very own pepper loaf, it is a special summer sausage recipe molded into a log shape and rolled in a blend of cracked hot and mild peppers, it is hot, but so full of flavor. All of our smoked products are slow smoked with different blends of wood shavings, to name a few would be apple, cherry and hickory.
We have many home made specialty brats for you to choose from. Some of the flavors are, Black & Blue Buffalo, Jalapeno, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Philly Cheese, Fajita, and several more. If you are looking for a leaner brat we do make a chicken one that is made with only the white meat and no pork added.
We start with only the freshest cuts of beef and pork for your dining pleasure. If you have a special request just call and one of the butchers will be glad to fill your order.
We have 3 meat bundles for you to choose from, beef, pork and our popular grill bundle. The same great quality of meats at a discount price.
The majority of our products are vacuum packed to retain the original flavor, and can be frozen for an extended period of time to keep it‘s freshness .
We have people coming from out of state to bring in their venison trim to have it made into one of our many fine products. The same flavorful ingredients we use in our retail sausages we use in our venison. All smoked products are vacuum packed free of charge.
Even though we process 100’s of deer a season we still place quality over quantity. We number your deer when it comes in and that number follows your deer through out the procedure to ensure that you receive your own cut meat back from your own deer. What most hunters are pleased with is that they get their entire deer order back within 2-3 weeks. We make both the old fashion strip jerky and the ground type. Bring your whole deer or your trim in for a delightful treat. This will be your last stop when looking for that perfect deer processing place.
