We will prepare the food, supply the warming units, serving dishes and utensils, high quality disposable plates, napkins and silverware.   You pick up, heat food, serve and return all the cleaned equipment to us.

A $300.00 deposit on our equipment will be required at the time of pickup. Deposit will be refunded to you when equipment is returned clean and in same condition as when picked up.  No tax or gratuity will be charged for this menu.

• 1 Waitress at $100.00 is hired by us when all guests go through the buffet line.  If you choose to have a head table served for a wedding, additional waitresses will be needed and you will be billed $100.00 for each additional waitress.
• In accordance with the Dept. of Health official recommendations requiring that food remaining within temperature danger zones for extended amounts of time may not be released to you or your guests. We will not send any food items home with guests in any form. We enforce this policy to minimize the risk of food borne illness due to improper handling or storage of leftover food items. We appreciate your cooperation. For all drop off catered events and party to go menu’s, acceptance of the order by the customer releases Prem Meat’s & Catering from all claims and liability of food borne illness at anytime following the point and time of delivery. We recommend that you never re-serve any food item that has not been completely used during the time it was intended. We prepare an abundant amount of food to ensure that your last guest received the same quality as your first guest.
• Due to fluctuation in prices we cannot guarantee meal prices until 30 days prior to any event. We never have had to raise the prices printed on the brochure because of menu choices increasing in cost.
• The number of guests you ask us to prepare for is the number we charge for.
• Guest count and menu selections must be made 14 days prior to event.
• All meals include top quality disposable silverware, napkins, plates & cups
• We do not supply beverage for outdoor events.
• $200.00 ( two hundred dollars) down will reserve the date you request. This deposit is Non-refundable and amount will be subtracted from the total bill. Total balance due one week prior of event.
• 15% gratuity will be added on to the total bill, before taxes
• .50 added on to above price for traveling outside the River Valley area.
• Wisconsin Sales tax requires that tax be added to all food and service charges.
• Groups requesting state tax exemptions must submit a copy of their tax exemption certificate prior to a scheduled event. This can be emailed to: catering@premmeats.com
• We are state licensed and fully insured.
• Payment may be made by Visa or Master Card for an additional 3%
