New Venture Promises Quality Beef Inspired by Southwest Wisconsin
Spring Green, Wisc. – December 6, 2023 – Joe Thomas, Wisconsin-native and NFL Hall of Famer, proudly announced the launch of Hall of Fame Beef. In partnership with Prem Meats, Hall of Fame Beef is a line of premium beef products from Six Springs Farm in Southwest Wisconsin. The animals are raised to the highest standards and are ethically harvested onsite.
Hall of Fame Beef was born out of Joe’s deep admiration for the Driftless Area of Wisconsin. Hall of Fame Beef includes steaks sourced from a carefully selected and unique blend of cattle genetics, including Black and Red Angus, Simmental, and soon-to-be Wagyu. This meticulous blend ensures that every bite of Hall of Fame Beef is worth savoring. Hall of Fame Beef prides itself in treating their cattle humanely and ethically. From the moment they are born, they are nurtured with care, provided with the best nutrition, and raised in an environment that prioritizes their well-being.
