Vern’s Brick Cheese

Description

Brick cheese was developed and perfected in Wisconsin. As a young cheese, it has a mild and sweet flavor, but as it matures it becomes sharper with stronger, more ripe flavors developing. Similar to cheddar with less tanginess.
